My interests lie in bleeding-edge technologies, including but not limited to the world of 3D rendering, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. Furthermore, I have extensive solo and collaborative experience in projection mapping and interactive experience design.  

I experiment with process driven exploration by building complex systems that explore the boundaries of controlled chaos. By embracing these systems, I find novel ways to re-assemble elements and discover unexpected results. This process is central to my approach because it highlights my unique capability to blend my artistic training with my technological expertise.

My design style is also informed by my upbringing in northern Canada where I fell in love with the beauty and simplicity of nature. I am drawn to the abstraction I see in nature and the importance of representing nature in meaningful ways, both artistically and politically. When creating, I lean on synthesis to guide me; in other words, I look to make meaningful connections, combine different mediums, and create something new. 

I lean heavily on my musical background and understand the nuances that go into dynamic, visual story-telling. As a classically trained musician, I understand the importance of cadence, timing, and rhythm; these musical elements are at the core of my design approach.
